Sometimes life just takes you back to certain things you subconsciously missed and felt present in their very absence all along. Figure and Ground, Telekaster's first release in a little more than a decade (and leading into a full new album later in 2023), is exactly about that moment. Two contemplative guitar compositions spiraling through time and diving into inner spheres by creating countless new layers on the outside.
